Walgreens Pharmacy

Dealing with Pharmacists and employees of Walgreens, Lake Forest, Ca. was a welcomed relief. As they are as busy as other pharmacies, they give you the time to be personable, professional and treat you with a caring attitude while processing your prescriptions quickly. Im so happy ive found them as the experiences with most CVS was disappointing.

Im in the middle of my 15 minute waiting period post Covid-19 Vaccine 2.0, ie my 2nd shot. I absolutely loved my experience getting the 2nd dose of the Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine here. Most painless vaccine I have ever received. The phlebotomist who helped me was named Jennifer, who was very fast, efficient, professional and best of all she made the whole process quite painless.

Horrible all around. The lady cashiering was mean. I understand unhappiness and burnout, but the management here should address this lady’s issues. Sometimes we need to just bite the bullet, smile, and do our job.

Awesome pharmacy. Staff is friendly, pays attention to refills and prescriptions, and very responsive when I call. Other pharmacies put you on hold for 30+ minutes, but this Walgreens answers the phone within 5 minutes.
