Walgreens Pharmacy

What I hope to be my last visit to this pharmacy was awful. My daughter has had the same primary insurance and Medicaid for the past six years at Walgreens with zero issues. Suddenly, out of nowhere, I was told they “no longer accept Medicaid.” Fine — policies change. But the way this was communicated was beyond rude. The pharmacist (pretty sure her name was Kim) spoke to me in the most dismissive and condescending tone. When I tried to explain that we’ve always used our primary insurance and paid a co-pay, she cut me off with, “you are not understanding the issue.” Excuse me? That’s not clarification — that’s talking down to a customer. I called back the next day hoping to get someone else who could actually explain things. No such luck — I got the same pharmacist again. Same attitude,

Writing this as I sit in line for the pharmacy. Been in the same spot for 15 minutes. AFTER I had already waited 15 minutes and been to the front once and my kids scrip wasn’t ready even though I had called and was told it would be ready in an hour and I waited 2. Was told to get back in line. Now here I sit and I got notified my meds were ready. 2 people working. Huge line inside too. Absolutely ridiculous. Switching pharmacies

Definitely problems at the Lacey pharmacy. Issues with supply. Took three weeks for them to refill a script and instead of a 90 day supply I only got one aka a 30 day supply!! Lengthy wait minimum wait 20 minutes every time at the drive through or no one even in attendance at the drive through. I believe the staff are micromanaged, overworked and underpaid. I'm firing this pharmacy.

Staff is nice but the store is increasingly dingy. Always long lines and they no longer do “I see three” to avoid lengthy waits. The whole store feels kind of dirty and old including these dirty mirrors.
