Walgreens Pharmacy

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. No one could ever be reached at the pharmacy unless you're waiting on hold for at least 7 to 10 minutes on hold. They are always delayed getting prescriptions off of the fax. And then you stand in line forever waiting on your prescription even when there's no one in line in the pharmacy

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. I had an asthma inhaler sent here and was told it been discontinued after waiting for it to be filled for a week with no call email or anything. I call the manufacturer and they say it hasn't been discontinued. In the meantime I get a different prescription sent and they don't have it stock and will order it. Show up the day they said it would be there and what do you, they don't have it because my insurance won't cover it, so they never ordered it. I specifically told them I would pay out of pocket to the staff member that ordered it. So long story short I haven't been able to breath for nearly two weeks from the stupidity of staff at this location.

Went into the pharmacy on a Monday to see what was going on with my new prescription I was starting. Was told they didn't have it in stock and that they would order it and to come back on Wednesday. I came back Wednesday and they said, oh, the tech never actually ordered it, I'm ordering it right now and it will be here Friday. Went back on Friday and they still didn't have it and made me drive all the way up to Bel-Air to get it. Then Today I called in to try to get a refill they kept telling me they couldn't find my prescription, eventually found it, told me to come in at 12 to pick it up, and then canceled my order right after I got off the phone with them.

we took a prescription to Emmerton right Walgreens and they were unable to fill. It said that you designated my pharmacy is on Joppa Farm Road. I’ve been dealing with this Walgreens for several years and if you’re going to change, something is important is that you really do need to notify your prescriber, thank you yeah we got halfway home and they called us and told us we needed to come back and pick up our prescription that they were unable to fill it for us. We need explanations thank you.

It's alright. Occasionally get really not great pharmacy techs who don't know your med doses despite having the scripts will say you have two doses on file then ask when's the last one you had and they'll say one of them you haven't filled in two years but still try to fill that dose. Scripts do have expiration dates so seems pretty illegal but whatever. They're ok if you know what your meds look like and doses so you can make sure you don't get the incorrect dose.
