Walgreens Pharmacy

The have signs under there products that say otc which means some medical insurances pay for over the counter stuff like aspirin, etc. While they don't honor wat they put the signs even if you know ur medical will pay for it . U show them on line wat u can buy they tell u not my problem so now u got to pay for it. Shame on that place.

I know the meaning of "refill" means refill as is not as you please. I have questioned several times why some of my scripts started as 90 days and, at will, they can be refilled at 30. When I take some twice a day I'm refilling in 15 days!! Nonsense!! I just refilled 3 scripts last Friday and ordered the scripts with a real person not the teleprompter. I specifically asked the quantity be at original quantity of 90 not 30!! Guess what...yeah you guessed it!!

I typically get my prescriptions through Walgreens but will be switching to another pharmacy as the last time I visited the gentleman behind the counter (pharmacist / tech?) had a lot to say about the shirt I was wearing and how I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else potentially. Found the interaction to be completely unprofessional and would not like a repeat experience. Other than that, the pharmacy hours seem flaky. I've been a couple times during regular hours and they were out to lunch or otherwise unavailable.

Walgreens is always clean and well stocked with their products. However the only thing I disliked I had a receipt and they couldn't pull up the item for whatever reason on the computer so instead of giving me my money back they wanted to give me a store credit and I did not want a store credit I wanted my cash back and they would not do it even with the receipt with the item locked on the receipt with the dollar amount and it was only purchased a day before and they denied me the cash refund which I paid cash for they wanted to give me a store credit so that kind of turned me off a lot for that store but all in all that get pretty decent and they carry a lot of items

Place is awful. You Schedule an appointment online and get a confirmation email confirming your appointment just for you to show up and have them tell you that they dont see your name on the list. Then they tell yoy that they don't even have the shot you're scheduled for online. So you try to call the store and are then unable to reach the pharmacy because the automated system is unmanageable. Stay far away from this place. Something is massively flawed here.
