Walgreens Pharmacy

I called at 8:00 a.m. to refill a prescription. I was on hold to speak to a pharmacist. I could hear the phone connect to someone as if they answered but the line was sent back on hold. This happened about four times before I hung up then called back. When I called back the pharmacist answered "Pharmacy". There was no, Hello thank you for calling, how may I help you" or anything showing good customer service or just being polite. I had to repeat myself 4 times giving him my DOB. He never apologized for the lack of hearing or understanding. He stated I would get a txt msg when refilled. I asked did he know a time frame. He stated an hour and 1/2, it depends. The Walgreens pharmacy staff at the Jennings, MO location  gives the BEST customer service of any I've done business with.  I'd rate them 10-stars if I could.   Your dedication has not gone unnoticed. I have also e-mailed Walgreens corporate customer service to tell them how your great customer service outshines other Walgreens I've visited.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO!! I literally came here to get my photos blown up. I was in line and the photo clerk walked away without even asking me what I needed. The cashier stopped me when I was walking out the door but by that time I was like this Walgreens will not be receiving my time or business. TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!!!! I see I will need to take my business to a Walgreens in Creve Coeur or Chesterfield for better customer service.

9 times out of 10 the drive thru will not be open😩 Not cool for seniors 😭

Lost my daughters COVID test or never sent to the lab. It's been 4 days and lab still has not received. I Waited on hold for 45 minutes while they would answer, say nothing, and put me back on hold. Very ridiculous!
