Employees have very bad attitudes, a manager almost always needs to be called. Their pharmacy line moves entirely too slow. Picking up pictures is a silly process, even package pickup requires you to wait in line like youre making a purchase. No organization at all. Spoke to the store manager once regarding their Employees trying to steal my FedEx package (had to get the police involved to get my package) and the manager didn't speak to any of these employees about their poor attitudes. The ONLY reason I even patronize this location is because its 24/7 and sometimes the only store open, otherwise Id never go in there again.
Was a quick in and out purchase. I've not been to this store in several months. Did not walk around to see if anything had changed, but then why would it? It still has a time has passed it by feel. It needs an upgrade. The cashier is always pleasant. I believe she has been there for a while.
I recently visited Walgreens with my friend to download and print some certificates from our phones. When we got to the photo section, there was no one around to help us. We kept pressing the help button several times, but no one came for a while. Eventually, a staff member came and tried to help us get the files from our phones. After trying for a bit, we were finally able to print one certificate, but then he left without checking if we needed any more assistance. It would be nice if there were better customer service and someone available at the photo section to help right away.
Overheard a pharmacy associate call an elderly patient the “b word” at the pick up desk to another associate after the patient walked away and I approached the desk. After having patients wait for 20-30 minutes for medications, you’d think you’d get to the front of the line and be met with some compassion and urgency. Very disappointing.
The store in and of itself is clean! Inventory is good and they offer a variety of items from hair products, gift items, and birthday cards. My problem is the pharmacy. Recently Rite-Aid closed its doors and the closest alternative was Walgreens. Although they welcomed former Rite-Aid customers, they were not prepared for the overflow of new clients. I cannot believe no one has ever addressed the issue of extremely long lines. The average person waiting in line to fill their prescription is approximately 40 to 75 years old. The average wait time is 20 minutes. There are only three or four seats located near the pharmacy. You finally get to the head of the line and the technicians I encountered were not professional. I will not keep my prescriptions at this location if no changes are
