Walgreens Pharmacy

I called trying to see if they had a specific vaccine that I need, and it took four attempts due to their terrible AI call service, then the store employee hanging up on me, the pharmacy never picking up and having no option for voicemail. After the 5th time, I was able to get through and they assured me that they had it. I set an appointment and took time off from work to get there, and then they told me they didn't have it and there was nothing they could do to help.

We have stopped here a few times when in the area and I will say that out of all the Walgreens we stop at this is better than most. Why you ask? Simply the employees are nice and willing to help while most other locations would rather hide in the back away from customers. All Walgreens are laid out the same for the most part so IMO comes down to service and they do pretty well here.

Great Pharmacy, the staff is really friendly and extremely helpful. The Walgreens in Lakemoor is also great! The Walgreens Pharmacy in Hainesville is by far the worst Pharmacy I've ever visited the customer service is awful they always mess up your orders and one time they gave me a partial refill and when I went to pixk up the rest am I partial refill they said that I don't have it even though I brought the bottle as proof beware of that Pharmacy!! And when I called once do you know what they said instead of saying Hi how can I help you the lady picked up and said "WHAT?" I was flabbergasted!!

Nobody at the window. Wasn't break time just pure lazy techs and pharmacist

I've tried calling this store 5 times in a row, every time they just hang up on me without even saying anything.
