Walgreens Pharmacy

I see why they have a low rating. The pharmacist Tina for #1 is very rude. Did not even want to come to the window to speak and explain my medication not only that the technician that works there with the salt and pepper whatever type of hair color she got going on is rude popping that gum like she’s on a Madea movie. I’m talking about whole staff is just rude never again Have some sympathy for a sick patient.

Appointment: An arrangement to do something or meet someone at a particular time and place. At a particular time. A particular time… Arrived for my 9am appointment to get vaccinated. Checked in and sat ignored for 25 minutes before leaving. Got a call 15 minutes later to see where I was. I took time off work for this, and now I’m still unprotected. Shame on this place.

Pharmacy is absolutely incompetent. I dont think I've ever had a single prescription go the way it's supposed to. The techs and sales associates are rude, I've been directly lied to multiple times. They don't have any consideration for the patient, making it abundantly clear they dont care about any of their patients. They will entirely ignore you for 5 minutes or more half the time, refusing to even acknowledge your presence. Not only do the pharmacy staff not seem to care, and regularly appear to have no idea what they're doing, the rest of the staff throughout the store doesnt seem to care in the least about anything. It's the holiday season so I'm being generous and giving them an extra star. I know why people don't really shop at Walgreens anymore. Their store manager is extremely rude. If you want people to come into your store be nicer to working people. I don't care if Walgreens is the last store on Earth I'm not going back

I had an alright experience, they helped me with some questions and told me where things were. So, I have no good nor bad things to say about it.
