Walgreens Pharmacy

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They always have our Rx’s incorrect. Half the time we get a text that they’re ready then the people at the window spend 20 mins trying to figure out where it is. Today was the best…. I drove 40 minutes to pick up an Rx and arrived at 6:43. Window has a sign up that they’re closed- Pharmacist is on lunch until 7:15. How do you close a pharmacy at PEAK after work hours. This place is a joke. If you have another option, go elsewhere.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the nation. They are rude, unprofessional and the only reason they are open is because of the constant flow from Del Webb. Customer service is non existent and never have medication in stock. Learn how to properly manage inventory. This store needs to be audited and retrained.

Their meal breaks do not match what's stated online and they also are not consistent. Prescriptions are also not ready a full day later because no one apparently checks the system regularly.

There is no sign that I can find that says the pharmacy closes from 6:45-7:15 pm for a meal break. My prescription was called in in the morning. I stopped in at 3 pm and it was not ready. Later I got a text that said it was ready. When I stopped at 6:50 pm the pharmacy was completely closed for a meal break. I do not begrudge someone a meal but this pharmacy is always understaffed. At least those meal break hours could be posted on the web site!!

I had a great interaction today with the pharmacist her name was LindaT, She was amazing. Great Customer service went above and beyond the call of duty I needed to get a prescription filled and with the holiday weekend I was worried I wasn’t gonna get this taken care of before the weekend… Linda was kind enough to call my doctors office to get the script so I was able to get my medication!!! SHOUT out to LINDA.T customer service at its finest… Call the store, location and talk to the manager Jill, who is also very nice and gave me great customer services as well!! Good customer services is hard to come by these days. Walgreens is lucky to have you both. THANK you!! Fondly, Kim (aka CarlC)
