Walgreens Pharmacy

There is a reason the pharmacy is rate so poorly. Prescriptions will get "lost", times and dates you are told prescriptions are ready really is just a suggested time. Don't hold it as actually ready. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful unless it the actual pharmacist. If only I could afford CVS.

Will never go back to this pharmacy ever again. They somehow lost my step son's medication that they filled so I had to leave and come back when they found it. I dont even understand how that even happens.

Though the people are friendly, I have consistently had issues with getting my prescriptions filled. My prescriptions are rarely ever refilled on time, and it usually requires me having to go in-store or talking to someone over the phone for them to even get to filling my prescriptions. Even when ordering for same-day delivery for medications in the past, they would not get to it until half a week later, and even then it required me calling them and talking to someone over the phone to have it taken care of. I kept trying to give the Hudson pharmacy the benefit of the doubt, thinking that perhaps they were busy on the days that I needed my medicine or maybe they were low on staff, but it's been over a year upon me moving to the area and having these issues with it only getting worse. Yeah, it's never perfect, but I've had no bad experiences. I always wish the staff in the pharmacy is having margaritas next door as their lunch break, cause man, that's a stressful group that comes through in an understaffed environment. I hope they have the margs after their shift, I guess! I'm totally cool if I have to wait. The pharmacy being as concise as possible is crucial. I can be a complete blockhead with this insurance stuff, which does occur sometimes. The workers understand insurance better than you most likely! In short, be patient and kind. The people are always nice but 40% of the time after Hudson Physicians sends an RX over, Walgreens says they do not have it in their system yet (hours after the order is sent). I’ve never had such consistent delays or lack of receipt of orders.
