I asked for help multiple times with no avail… JASON (pharm manager) said he would help me out and then ended up ridiculing me about what I needed without directing me to products I needed. I’ve never had a problem with this location until I had an encounter with Jason (if that’s his real name

As a repeat customer(my mother and i have been using them for years), I can safely say this: the majority of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude and impersonal. The main pharmacist, is arrogant, rude, and condescending. The only reason I continue to go is convenience in a one horse town.

I had a great experience at Walgreens today, thanks to Jenny in the pharmacy. I needed to pick up a prescription for my son and arrived just before the lunch break, feeling a bit anxious about the timing. I know how challenging it can be for employees when customers come in right before a break, and I was ready to apologize for the inconvenience. To my pleasant surprise, Jenny was incredibly friendly and efficient. The transaction was quick, easy, and accurate. It was a true pleasure to interact with someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel valued. Jenny's warm demeanor and professionalism made my day. Walgreens, you have a gem on your team! Whatever you're paying her, it's not enough. Thank you, Jenny, for your outstanding service!

Horrible experience for 1st time customer. Very rude. Could over hear drive through assistant repeating customers personal info. Counter clerk was incompetent and extremely rude. Unfortunately Rite aid closed. But we will NOT be using Walgreens again because of this experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Being a type 1 diabetic, I have a lot of stuff every month I need to pick up here. I’m always taken care of here in a timely and professional manner. The staff is very friendly! On two separate occasions my insurance has tried to change my coverage on something and both times the wonderful people at Walgreens’s have called on my behalf and got the situation solved. I have enough stuff to worry about with my condition and to have a pharmacy that not only will go to bat for you but also makes you feel like they care is really something special!! Thank you to all the wonderful folks at my local Walgreens’s. You’ve got a costumer for life!!
