Walgreens Pharmacy

I was going to write this the other day when it took over 30 minutes to get a flu shot that I had a appointment for. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer. Then I waited another fifteen minutes and reminded them again. The strangest thing is they were slow.They had no customers picking up prescriptions. So why the wait? The reason I'm adding my review today is I really don't like writing bad reviews and figure sometimes things happenen. BUT! Today my wife went there and experienced the same thing.There was no one in front of her, she even reminded them twice, she sat and waited over a half hour. Then someone came in after and they took her right in . They said, oh, you need to tell us your here. She says, I gave you all my information when I got here and IIl was even 10 minutes early.

Done with this pharmacy. There is always a problem. I got a prescription this morning around 1030am it is now 430pm. Went to the store to see what was going on. They told me my prescription isnt in stock. No call no message nothing. Im leaving for a trip and now I won't have my medicine. This isn't the first time. Every single time I have a prescription sent here they fumble and it isn't ready. It's hard to believe people this incompetent are in charge of handling the Healthcare of people.

I was standing in line at the pharmacy, and while I was being served, the employee stopped and started helping another pharmacy/customer. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, they then told me I had to wait another 30 minutes for my medicine. This was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Always nice to visit. Everyone is very helpful. Sometimes they're a bit busy, but you have to be patient. But nonetheless, I always get what I want. In a timely manner, I would recommend them heidi

Never received any call/email regarding my photos being done. They deleted my photos, when I asked if there was a possibility of receiving new disposable cameras considering I lost everything, staff laughed. Really insensitive and lack of professionalism and empathy. I work in service myself never would I treat a customer the way In which I was treated today.
