Walgreens Pharmacy

So many things are wrong with this location. I would give a 0 if I could … Recently my daughter who is 3 was prescribed antibiotics for ear infection which I picked up on New Year’s Eve… I went to give it to her today and I realized that it seemed sticky, thick but gave it to her anyway. Afterwards I kept thinking about it and how off it seemed so decided to go back to the pharmacy and have them check it. I did think I was being crazy but upon arriving the pharmacist informed me that it was mixed incorrectly. If I didn’t trust my gut feeling I would be giving a more concentrated antibiotic to my daughter for 10 days… the pharmacist was very nice and tried to correct it but had no explanation of how it happened . I rushed from urgent care to pick up my prescription and arrived 5-minutes before closing. They told me that my prescription was ready, but they could not give it to me because they were already "closed". They advised me to drive to Somerville Walgreens instead, so I had to take more time out of my day. Another time, I went to pick up a prescription and when I arrived they told me they only have part of my prescription (which was fine with me). They told me to sit and wait about 5-10 minutes as they filled the prescription. I quickly ran to the restroom while waiting, so I'm not sure if they called my name while I was there. Multiple employees made eye contact with me, so I know they knew I was there waiting. After about 15 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. I told anot

Terrible customer service. Instructed to call before picking up prescription, gave 1 hour notice as instructed , they weren’t aware to fill the Rx. I spoke to 3 different people to confirm I wanted it filled. Never filled the RX. Asked to transfer the Rx and was told the other pharmacy will see it in the system, but isn’t it under the Hillsborough pharmacy , will they know to fill it automatically ? 😟

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. I am 6 months pregnant with epilepsy. I called got my medication re fill 3-4 days ago. I get a call yesterday it was ready. To arrive and it was NOT. It hadn’t even been initiated. I told them how it isn’t fair as a pregnant person especially to be so long without my medication and not a shrivel of remorse of empathy for having to go another day. This is not the first time with them either.

This place can't fill a prescription at anytime close to when they say it will be ready!! It's worthless to call because they will only give you some sort of scripted line and lie to you!!!!
