Walgreens Pharmacy

I'm so done with the pharmacy at Walgreens I tried to refill my medications over the phone it wouldn't give me enough time to do it.so I tried calling the pharmacy and couldn't get through. When I do a refill it might take upto 3 to 4 days to get. Hey corporate do you even care to look at the reviews? You deserved the 1.8 rating.

We waited for 30 minutes at the drive through and never got to speak with anyone from the location. The car in front of us also left without service and while we were waiting by the window saw at least 3 people inside turn and leave without service. And a prescription that was called in yesterday morning is still “In progress” a day later.

The most unhelpful pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of going to. I had a prescription for antibiotics which should have been filled. I had to spell my last name (only 4 letters) multiple times, and the woman I spoke to claimed that they never received the prescription, and said that I should call the doctor back. I was there when the doctor submitted the prescription, and it was definitely sent to this location. The woman then said it could take up to a day for them to receive the prescription, but that I shouldn't come back tomorrow, I should just call my doctor. Find more helpful employees, or retrain the useless ones.

They need to at least double their pharmacy staff. Most of the time I go in, there is one extremely overworked pharmacist performing all vaccinations and filling prescriptions, with 40+ minute waits.

One of the best pharmacies I've ever been to; amazing care and very compassionate people, especially Pam. She is AMAZING!!!
