Walgreens Pharmacy

They always have the longest lines, they dispensed the incorrect medication to me and I took it, whenever I call I get hanged up on probably about six times in a row after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes to a half hour. I do not recommend this Pharmacy.

Every time I have came here I have had problems. Been three days for “pharmacist to approve medication” was also told pharmacist manager isn’t in today. Go to drive thru window and was greeted by the pharmacist manager, and was told now waiting approval by doctor. They will not be receiving further business from me, driving an extra 10 minutes to another pharmacy has ALWAYS been more convenient.

The store is fine. The pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with. They will tell you that you don’t have authorization when you do. They will repeatedly tell you that your prescription is available for pickup, yet when you arrive it is not available. They didn’t even have any stock in the store. There is no accountability and no change to their poor service. Highland continues to apologize for their lack of service but won’t implement a change. I will be driving to the Walgreens in Milford, MI for Highland has lost another customer. ***Update*** After the Milford Walgreens was closed. I found myself back at this pharmacy. It did not improve. I was shocked to see the service was even worse. They tried to bill my old health insurance for a new prescription, once corrected they only supp

What horrible people you have working there. I explained very calmly and clearly that we are having trouble getting a script filled. They wouldn't even check the stock, so I would know to drop the prescription off. The pharmacist must not have any sense! Stay away from this place they do know help when you need them! Walgreens should go out of business because they have forgotten their place!

Pharmacy is horrible been trying to get a script filled for my son for over a week and every time I try to get they need something elce now I've been on hold for the Pharmacy for almost 30 minutes had to call back twice because they just disconnect the Call and yeah I get upset my son is in extreme pain because of a very large tumor and completely out of pain medication what horrible horrible people
