Whoever the pharmacist is (not her assistant, she was great) on Tuesday mornings is extremely rude. Been coming here for years and have always been treated with respect, except for this morning. They open at 9a. I got there at 9:05a and since her computer wasn’t working properly, somehow that became my fault and she took it out on me. Wish I got her name. But it’s true, misery loves company!

Low quality customer service. Was given advice by staff to partially fill a Rx to avoid potential insurance issues as I swap to a new medication not currently in stock. When they failed to receive the new medication, they stated that a note indicated that any inconveniences experienced were due to my inability to pay for the prior months prescription, which is inaccurate. When contacted about the issue, the technician was aggressive. This alteration of the truth and the unprofessional attitude of Walgreens personnel involved has eroded my confidence in the business.

Truthfully now. Is there a nicer group of people than this pharmacy staff? I don't think so. They have proved it to me over and over again when CVS (my HMO preferred provider) proved they were unprofessional and incompetent. Recently I paid out of pocket to have my flu shot here.

Just left the store in Groton, Ct. Had a 5 star person spend time helping me. His name is Roosevelt . Very polite, knowledgeable and quick to be of assistance. This made me share my great experience with many friends. Thank you Betty Mumford Cove , Ct.
