Walgreens Pharmacy

By it being the only Walgreens in greenwood ms the people are at the mercy of it’s bad customer service. They send out texts telling customers there prescriptions are ready only to pile up cars that sit in line for hours

My teladoc called in meds for me around 4:30, when I called Walgreens to see if it was ready I got a computer message that said it would be ready after 7:30, I tried everything to reach a human, and was able to get Fred at the front of the store, he sent my call to the back pharmacy where they put me on hold, of the 3 times I called, the longest I held on was 18 minutes...oh and that night they decided to close at 8:00, my head is swollen from a sinus infection, I felt like my blood vessels would burst with every cough, will I use them again?.... don't make me cuss....

The pharmacy never answer they phone sad been trying to talk with somebody all day 😢😔
