Walgreens Pharmacy

The new employees in the Pharmacy are doing a great job. They display great customer service by acknowledging customers that are waiting, thanking customers for waiting and keep things moving as fast as possible. This Walgreens has improved recently. Keep up the great work and improvements.

I have put my medicine in like Wednesday and still haven’t got my medicine here it Saturday and my medicine still isn’t here every time call they busy but when drive there they waiting on white peoples first there medicine be ready so quick then black peoples my husband still haven’t got his glauose device he been waiting since 2 weeks ago this a shame. There is people out here really need there medicine.

The worst...Pharmacy staff a joke, they dont want to do their jobs, don't care about customers. This is the OPPOSITE of Healthcare, needs to be shutdown..Pharmacy needs to sell soda and potato chips, not prescriptions, but dont expect to get your soda or chips.

Called 2x yesterday, put on hold for 10 minutes, and was hung up on. Called back and left a voicemail to fill a prescription. Called this morning and was told my prescription expired yesterday and I’d have to call my MD for a new one. Frustrated, I call my MD. Then I get an email that there’s an issue with my insurance, so I call again 4x throughout the morning, put automatically on hold, and hung up on EVERY TIME. This is just an inconvenience for me, because Im going out of town and would like my prescription, but I can’t imagine how upsetting and potentially dangerous this could be for people who NEED their prescriptions for pain or acute illness. Do better Walgreens.
