Walgreens Pharmacy

If you go to pick up your prescription and they tell you to give them 10 or 15 minutes for the order to be ready, do not just sit and wait. They have no system in place to keep order of which customer came first. They serve whoever pushes their way to the front first. People will continuously jump the queue and you get completely lost unless your vocal. If you must use this pharmacy use the drive through, at least there people can't jump the queue and the pharmacists are aware of the cars in the drive through. This could be so easily resolved in the modern age with a digital checkin process and a screen that shows who's prescription is ready.

This Walgreens is a good location always full of they never run out of items that I have come across or needed. Their customer service is great I'm going to go there anytime I need to shopping for items that Walgreens would carry and also I get almost all my prescription from this location Sorry I did this edit cuz I just noticed I had mistyped a lot of words so 8 just corrected them...

This review it's not for the store. it's for the pharmacy inside the store. I checked online shows Walgreens is open, And I went there to get my meds on 4th of July. Guess what they're closed. I talked to one of the employees working on the floor. He said that we get less money and we have to come to work, however pharmacists pharmacy staff get more money and they close the pharmacy. Either close the whole store, or if it's open keep the pharmacy open as well. After all people getting their meds is more important than groceries. And even the days that they are open, They close the pharmacy for lunch time, And they're not always on time.

Very bad experience, they can’t prepare essential medication that was prescribed in emergency room after more than almost 2!!! Days but it is suppose to be ready in 1-2 hours. And we need to take medication ASAP!!!!! Only solution after multiple “next hour” promises that they provided to drop in another pharmacy more than 1 hour driving with sick kid. It is insane!!! They don’t care at all. No solution, no communication with providers, other pharmacies for delivering in that place. Such bad management.

Terrible Service – No One Seems to Care The service at this pharmacy is absolutely unacceptable. The staff act like they’re busy, but nothing gets done. There’s no sense of urgency, no care, and no effort to actually help customers get their medications. It feels like no one is in charge and no one cares. Extremely disappointing experience.
