Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy will not put my prescriptions through GoodRx, and reduce the amount from 90 days to 30 days because of insurance. I have talked to them multiple time. Tried to call today three times and was on hold for over an hour and a half. Never could get through

Never have I been as disrespected as I was today from someone. I got to the pharmacy 10 minutes before they closed. I did not intend to but things happen and It can sometimes be avoidable. There were 2 people ahead of me so it was about 2 minutes to 6 when they tried to process my prescription. for some reason it did not go through insurance. They tried to figure it out but it wouldn't go through. The manager came back and said I could pay the full price and call in the next day so he can try ti see whats happening and he could atleast see if there were coupons available. I said ok and called my husband to figure out something. The guy comes back and I asked politely if he could try one more thing and try through my husbands name because I just used it 2 other times in the past couple week

Went to the pharmacy a few hours after my doctor's appointment today. I was told that the prescriptions wouldn't be ready anytime soon. The boy says everything was behind, and they are shorthanded due to cooperate cut backs. I asked what time they close and he responded 6pm. So I guess I'll run home and come back an hour before they close. I really would like to start my antibiotics as soon as possible to start feeling better from my sinus infection. This pharmacy has been getting worse and worse. I'm really considering changing pharmacies. And yes, if 0 stars was a choice, that's what I'd choose. Hope this helps change things and I hope I'm the only one with this issue.

I had to go out of town to fill a prescription two drug stores in my town didn't have it for a week so I called out of town to Walgreens than I had it and I went there and they treated me real nicely and got it in a jiffy and we'll say narcotic so I could not miss any I didn't want to get withdrawals

Trying to get prescriptions filled is a circus! My scripts were “pending” for a week. I drove up to see if I could get them and the pharmacy was closed for the day with a sign up. The following days they closed at 4pm…not many people can get to their pharmacy before 4pm when they have to work day hours. Do not recommend using this pharmacy.
