Walgreens Pharmacy

Agree with the reviews. Terrible customer service. We have tried to use this store 5 times after our insurance made us use them. TERRIBLE. Not sure if they have a manager but they should be fired. This place is run worse than a post office.

Nice pharmacy but the waiting area is small. Staff were courteous and try to clear the queue promptly.

June 1, 2025: I have had issues of laziness, pathetic customer service, and attitude the past two times. I have had prescriptions. I have been given false information as to when a second prescription would be ready to pick up twice this last time, and I was just placed on repeated hold until an automated message stated that they were having difficulties and to call back at a different time. This location has fallen apart and they express no sense of care or urgency. Today is Sunday. They received both requests from the doctor on Thursday. One was filled rather quickly, but the important one is still not filled and it's Sunday.

I recently called Walgreens to speak with a pharmacist regarding an urgent medication question after multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach CVS, where I was told to leave a message with no follow-up. Within 10 minutes, I was able to speak with a pharmacist at Walgreens who was not only kind and empathetic but also provided thorough and helpful information. The level of care, urgency, and expertise I received was truly unmatched. Because of this positive experience, I will be switching my prescriptions to Walgreens from now on. Highly recommend!

Walgreen customer service is so bad. Across all stores. I imagine they do not pay well because they are greedy. But I do NOT recommend using them as a pharmacy. In the last year I have experience: them closing early and not posting accurate hours, not having meds ready when the app says they are, being unable to rookery transfer prescriptions and forcing he to drive an hour away for a certain med. Walgreens, pay your employees a decent wage and this won’t happen. As of today I am no longer one of your customers.
