Walgreens Pharmacy

I wrote a review here a few years back. I see it must have been erased. But today, took the cake for me at this Walgreen. My doctor called in an order for me on Monday. I called Wednesday morning, I was told that it would be ready by Thursday. I get here Friday, I was told my prescription was "Stored" and needed to be ordered. It's Friday, the prescription was sent Monday. I am confused on why the medication was not ordered when I spoke to the person on Wednesday. So, the supervisor says she will call another store to check on it. However, I need to get out the drive thru line. I said ma'am can you give me an update before I leave. Hermina says to me, "if you dont leave the line I will call the police". My response, so you would rather wait until the police come, instead of calling while I

The staff was professional and very helpful by offering additional insights while they juggled high volume of Drive thru and walk up customers.

Gene was especially helpful and very friendly and professional. Louise was polite and gave me prompt service. the pharmacy lady wasn't very nice but Gene and Louise made up for it. very good service!

Please update your website on vaccination pre requisites, Time is valuable and is not ideal to drive up there and then being asked for a doctor prescription for a vaccine, which is mandated by Texas law to be administered to every kid going into 7 th grade.

One is to high for a rating! Short staff which make for a 45 minutes to an hour wait. Texting that a medicine is ready an to find out it's not and have to wait for it to get refilled after waiting almost an hour in the car with air on and burning gas at these gas prices. Ridiculous lord have mercy!!!!!
