As a senior citizen living paycheck to paycheck, when I needed to fill two prescriptions (one of which has been life-saving for me), I discovered my insurance would not adequately cover the costs. When the pharmacy associate, Grace, told me that both medications together would cost over $300.00, there was no way I could have afforded to pay for it. As I prepared to leave without my medications, Grace asked me to wait a few moments to see if she could do anything to help me. Grace came back after several minutes and told me she had found a way to combine coupons that would bring my cost from over $300.00 down to $69.00, which was still steep for me but a price I could manage with credit card payments. The associate had very poor customer service! I'm not sure how he interacted with others but he was discourteous and unprofessional towards me. He failed to welcome, greet or show appreciation for my business. At the checkout counter, he looked right at me and neglected to verbally acknowledge or thank me for the purchase. Much improvement is necessary!

I recently visited the pharmacy, and my experience was disappointing. The staff member was consistently rude and unprofessional. Despite receiving a notification that my medications were ready, I faced unnecessary delays when I went to pick up my medications.

Signed up for free covid shot online. Appointment confirmed. Showed up 45 mins. early. My free covid shot will cost $140.00. Thanks for nothing walgreens.

Made an appointment for 10AM. Arrived and in line at pharmacy at 9:30. Finally got shot at 11:05. And from start to finish I was asked my birthday five times in the process. You all need to fix this.
