Walgreens Pharmacy

Vanessa is truly wonderful. She is kind, patient, and always takes the time to clearly explain my medications so I feel comfortable and informed. She fills prescriptions quickly and genuinely cares about her patients. It’s rare to find someone so professional and compassionate at the same time. I’m very grateful for her.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They refuse to give you your prescriptions. The lady at the pharmacy gives you excuses for days or tells you to wait for three hours, only to end up not giving you anything. I spent a week trying, and in the end, they said they don't work with Health First. I switched to CVS.

I thought they would be better than CVS but they are just as bad ! Tried to fill a prescription that is vital to my health .. I was on the phone with the pharmacist for an hour , got him 2 authorization codes from my doctor , he asked for my contact number to call me when the prescription was processed .. Two days later no call so I finally call in for a different person to tell me the doctor closed out the prescription???? Asking how this happened gave me an answer of “ We are not the doctor you need to call them “ ???? I can’t even get a proper explanation as to why this would happen .. Doctors office is closed and now I have to wait a full day to get the vital prescription for the meds sent in again!!! Thanks for caring Walgreens and giving me the call back ! Unprofessional leadership team. Takes things personally when ask them questions regarding procedures and policies. Will retaliate against you if you complain to Walgreen’s customer relations. They will make you wait longer. I am seriously considering transferring my services elsewhere. My family has used this pharmacy ever since we’ve moved into the area and it’s a shame that I may have to transfer my family’s prescription elsewhere, a family of 8, because the leaders there are unkind, impatient, short tempered, and downright unprofessional.

I been going to Walgreens since it opened. The pharmacy is good. There's always a turn over of employees. The marketing is good. Always have what I'm looking for. Prices are good also, maybe the food is more than the supermarket but we know that already. Good for emergency.
