Walgreens Pharmacy

I was told they did not receive my prescription until 6:45 this is not true.. call this morning they still have not filled my prescription. But I guess thank God I called because now she's working on it it'll be another hour... If I have to use Walgreens again I will use the 24 hour it will not be ever ever fox lake Walgreens.. I have bronchitis I can barely breathe I had to take off work today because the Walgreens doesn't open up until 9 I was afraid if I waited too long they'd be on a break everyone goes on a break at the same time wow

Don't go here!!! There has literally been a problem every time I need to fill a prescription. Dropped one off today at 3:30 and asked if I can get today since I needed to start antibiotic. She said in an hour. I called at 6:30 to see when it will be ready. I was on hold for 15 min. and then got a recording saying pharmacist was on dinner break, and to call back at 7:15pm. I called the store back and asked for manager. They proceeded to tell me the pharmacy was closed and I'd have to pick prescription up tomorrow. Do not go here. Ever!

Customer service is meh. Dropped off a prescription to be filled yesterday morning and was told it would be filled that day or the next morning and I would receive a call or text when it was ready. Next day 24 hours later no call or text so I call to check the status and its been ready for pick up. Do not reccomend, if you need your prescription filled quickly do not drop it off here.

Called into ask about a particular side effect of a medication & the female pharmacist had a complete attitude & made me feel like my call was ridiculous, most unprofessional medical person ever, especially during these times when new prescriptions are being prescribed & patients are unaware of the side effects & there isn't even enough info on the internet either. If she didn't know the answer she should have simply told me to contact the manufacturer!!!

They are THE WORST EVER in the pharmacy. I have , for the last time, been on hold, answered, put back on hold & picked up to put back on hold AGAIN and again and again & again and again and again.. this is now 33 mins on hold amd they just hung up on me.. I have had enough of them. Jewel is much busier AND a heck of a lot nicer to You can only take so much. Enough is enough!
