Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy at Harbor & Edinger used to be efficient and normal waiting time. In the last two months it has become horrible with wait times for walk-ins and drive ups. I’m going to change pharmacies if the long wait times continue.

Worse attitude towards employees and vendors. Not to mention customers. Old Lady with pink colored hair. Horrible attitude above everyone else. The way she talks to vendors. I know life must suck and it sucks for you, but you don’t have to treat others with disrespect and below you just because you have authority in a little tiny store. It’s no one riding it going out of business and guess who may be next. Wonder if anybody has checked management whenever shop at Walgreens again it’s fine

Absolutely terrible. My son has been throwing up all night with a 104 fever, took him to urgent care and had his medicine delivered here. His appointment with the Dr. Was 1045, waited until about 12 to go pick up the medicine to give the pharmacy time to get the order ready. Showed up at 12, was told that it wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes...in the meantime time my son is screaming and crying in the back of the car. I give them another hour, still not ready. Finally, by 3:30, 3 hours after I told my son's medicine would be ready i go back, was told to swing around to the back of the line for drive through, sat there for another 15 minutes, and when I got to the windows for the last time, the pharmacist finally got my son's order ready. Was here a few weeks ago to get some cold medicine with pseudoephedrine - the good stuff you have to show your ID for - only to be told their system wasn’t working to sell the stuff that requires ID (but they could still fill other prescriptions, apparently). Now I find myself back here for the same reason a few weeks later thanks to allergies that turned into a mild sinus infection, and they only have one poor woman working the pharmacy on a Friday evening. Have been in line for almost 45 minutes (there were 6 people in front of me, so fair, I guess) and there are another half dozen behind me now. Do yourself and find a CVS with a better system and more staffing at peak hours.

They are okay, but sometimes they run out of producs, such as eye drops.
