Walgreens Pharmacy

The issue was eventually resolved. However, I have to give mention to Walgreens for finding and hiring possibly the most rude, unpleasant and condescending pharmacist that I have ever encountered. I was resolving an issue for my 92 year old mother. I don't use this pharmacy and now I never will. I'm not normally easy to intimidate, but that woman was scary.

If you have a choice please use another pharmacy. Every one of them are so rude!! As I pulled up to the window the lady with bangs and blonde hair ( curly ) covered it with signs basically blocking it off RIGHT IN MY FACE!!, didn’t say a word or explain anything to why she wants to close up early. She seen me still kept looking away as if she didn’t just help the car infront of me 5 seconds ago, it was 5:30 they don’t close until 6pm so I had to go inside. She only gave me one of my prescriptions but when I told her I had a cream as well she said “ nope, don’t see it. Go ahead and put your card in for me. “ um hello?? So I had to call someone else over he also didn’t want to check but he ended up finding it and she was mad and ripped the reciept from the printer and wouldn’t give me my bag

Absolutely do not use this pharmacy. They make up their own hours and just close they want to just like Saturday’s they just say oh yeah we’re not going to be open anymore screw your medications. No one wants to work there and I don’t blame them. I literally picked up my RX last week and was informed they were out of the medication and only had 4 pills so I thought the cost would be dramatically less for the pills till the rest come in NOPE. They expected me to pay 30$ for my RX that only had 4 pills then turn around again and pay 30 more dollars when they had the rest of them. What the hell kind of scheme is that? Absolutely not I told them give me my money back and fill it together cause you’re not ripping me off. This place is a joke!

Better off changing pharmacies they make there own hours and don't work weekends.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! They are always so sweet and most definitely care about their customers. I'm so grateful for the love they show when you're not understanding some of the medications! The Pharmacist always try to help you understand or tell you to make sure you call your doctor! I also love that they're very speedy to get your prescription field. 🤗😍💞
