Walgreens Pharmacy

I experienced very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from Karen. As a result, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Unfortunately, there have been numerous ongoing issues with this location that make it difficult to continue as a customer.

This Walgreens Pharmacy has to rudest bunch of workers I have ever dealt with! I went in to get a workman’s comp prescription and they made me feel awful that I didn’t have all my ducks in a row! I’ve never dealt with workman’s comp I have no idea what I’m doing. It would have been nice to be guided instead of having 3 people yelling at me and telling me they’ll never fill my prescription there again because it was from Fairfield. I was getting yelled at by the pharmacist about “preauthorizations” which I have no idea what that is. I kept asking what that means and he continued yelling at me “I am repeating myself I said you need preauthorization”. Didn’t once answer my question. Felt absolutely attacked! My husband who had to get a finger amputated is sitting in the lobby crying because o

A bit slow there and never have prescriptions ready even though they send a notice saying prescription is ready for pick-up. Wait time has typically been 20-35 minutes.

Something has happened with this pharmacy. It used to be great but the quality of service has declined significantly. Between that and the Walgreens system updating inconsistently, I may switch pharmacies if they don’t get it together soon.

They don't look as lively as they do in the photo. Still they get the job done. Helpful in store and my prescriptions are usually there within the same day (don't rely on same hour)
