If I could give them a 0, I would. This pharmacy is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my lifetime! It is so bad that I transferred all of my prescriptions almost a year ago to a pharmacy that is 13 miles away when this one is less than a mile from my house. Unfortunately, I have a family member that still uses them and I pick up her prescriptions a lot of the time for her. The staff at this location are rude and act like they could care less about you or about helping you with anything. If you go through the drive thru, good luck getting anyone to help you there. When you give up and go inside, they tell you they are too busy to get to the drive thru but don't bother answering the intercom to let you know you need to come inside or that they will be with you as soon as th

Always understaffed, horrible wait times to only find out they don't have your script. They refuse to refill scripts onsite that are autofill, stating it must be filled and shipped from a warehouse in Dallas and it's always late. Super cool to go days without your needed medication.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst pharmacies that I have ever dealt with. It stems from the female pharmacy manager/pharmacist. The male that is under her was very professional and kind when I called him to complain. I rarely make complaints, only when warranted. My family and I moved from central Texas a year ago to east Texas. My son has a DX where he takes a controlled substance. His pediatrician from central Texas still sees my son and manages his prescription. I have used this pharmacy for almost a year, and didn’t have any issues until about a month ago when I went to refill my son’s RX. She called me to the counter, was extremely rude & asked me a bunch of questions because “his doctors office is far away and that’s weird” She made me feel like I was abusing my sons medication

I'm not so sure they know what they are doing. They tell me I don't have but 2 subscriptions ready but my husband stopped to get his and he comes home with 6 . are gives me a medicine that they told me they don't have in yet. Thankfully I know to look before taking them. Always look and make sure they are right. Thinking about switching pharmacies after 30 years at this Pharmacy. Been going there since we moved here in 1994.

When you have to put a sign on your register that says do not verbally abuse our employees it may not be the costumers that are the problem. The best thing that could happen is for Walgreens to go out of business and Brookshire’s to reopen there own pharmacy
