Complaint Regarding Pharmacy Staff – Store #10149 (9/26/25, 7–8 PM) I am filing a formal complaint regarding the pharmacy staff at Walgreens store #10149 between 7:00–8:00 PM on September 26, 2025. I went in to receive a COVID-19 vaccine and was told that I was “ineligible” and did not qualify. When I asked why, the staff simply told me to “go look at the CDC website.” As of this date, the official CDC website clearly states: “CDC recommends a 2024–2025 COVID-19 vaccine for most adults ages 18 and older.” There is no eligibility restr

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. The Pharmacy is literally overrun. Behind the counter there are prescription bags everywhere. I will never have my prescriptions called in here again. For 3 days now, not only is my prescription not ready I can’t even get an update on when it will be ready. They are severely understaffed, to the point they can’t even answer the phone. So I go into the store. The only problem is there are 4 cars waiting in the drive through, and 7 people in line waiting to get to the counter inside. After a 20min wait in line the staff member tells me they have no idea when I’ll get an update or when it will be ready. Unreal.

The woman I've had in the drive through the last two times has the customer service skills of a rock.

I've only had positive experiences with the pharmacists at this location

Fishers Walgreens needs your help. They no longer answer the phone. Been on hold for hours. The lines are hours long to even request getting a prescription filled. Very poor customer experience.
