Walgreens Pharmacy

I have never met such incompetent employees in my life. My husband has had to call them out 3 times for blatantly lying to avoid doing their job. Can this place get shut down?

Horrible experience… I had made a simple phone call regarding my prescription and updated insurance, I was not greeted close to politely, or even treated like a person. Instead, the woman who I talked to treated me like I was below her or I was some kind of a person that was below her personally.. even after explaining my situation I was continuously treated like she did not care and was very insulting. I understand people have bad days, however, as a “professional “ leave your attitude somewhere else and make an attempt to be somewhat understanding. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend that every person should do so as well. I was very excited for the convenience of the location and had high expectations, throes expectations were nothing. I will now drive further out of my way

this is by far the BEST pharmacy I've ever filled RX's at the store is VERY small and basically is just a pharmacy and the "store" offers OTC meds and misc. medical stuff etc. all pharmacist and techs are VERY welcoming and professional the manager Heidi is great as well as the staff pharmacist Tatiana I've been going here for ten + years the ONLY negative thing about it is I don't like the intersection it is at it

Horrible location. Absolutely horrible. No inventory ever- even on reoccurring prescriptions. Rude staff- every time, treat you like a drug addict. Front desk workers lie to you about filling prescriptions, say they are filling it in the phone then never actually follow through and fill it. Sandy and Heidi the pharmacists do absolutely nothing to make these issues better. This has been a non stop theme for the past 4 months, prior I was at a different Walgreens location and never had ANY issues like I do at this one. I will not be returning, I suggest everyone make the 10 min drive to the Westminster Walgreens. The staff here lie, treat you as a drug seeker, never have inventory and ALWAYS make some sort of issue. I wish I could give zero stars. I will be escalating these complaints to

This has to be the world's worst Walgreens pharmacy. The physical location is difficult to get to, the pharmacy is tiny and looks like a medical supply room. But the worst part about this Walgreens is the counter staff. They're overwhelmed and confused. And almost always they've given me incorrect information. It's such a shame we lost a great Rite Aid and got this mess. Go somewhere else. I am.
