Walgreens Pharmacy

Terrible experience. To be fair, I found out their regular pharmacist is out on leave, so I may come back when he comes back. Waited in line for 30 minutes at 5:30 on a Saturday, to be the very next person in line and then told at 5:58 very rudely I would not be helped. I pleaded because I had just been released from the ER and needed that medicine and was told -I'm not going to help you- we are closing. Rudely. If you can't get through 4-5 ppl in 30 minutes you should let us know. I could have tried to get it moved to another pharmacy. The rudeness will ensure I will not go there again. Oh, and their website still said they were open Sunday. They are closed. I just noticed it got updated but we complained. It is the ONLY one. I feel this location won't be staying open much longer unfortun

Been on hold for 45 minutes. At first it said there were 2 callers in front of me, then 1, then it stopped saying. Update: gave up after an hour. Called back and it says 1 caller ahead of me. 🙄 Update: waited 65 minutes again, gave up.

The pharmacy at this location is horrible. The pharmacists are rude and lazy, almost all of them constantly have a bad attitude and there are multiple that are so incompetent it’s astonishing they’re allowed to work around medication. At one point the woman working gave us the completely wrong prescription for a critical medication and she STILL WORKS THERE. There have been several instances where my family and I have waited in line for half an hour after being notified a prescription is ready only to get to the front and walk away empty handed. They constantly push off filling medications for weeks at a time, telling us to come back a week later to yet another empty prescription. One of these days somebody is going to die because of the laziness and stupidity of these people and I assure

Customer service was horrible. Pharmacy tech and Pharmacist were not friendly. The tech kept mentioning that she is only one person and couldn’t handle the window and the line inside. Meanwhile the pharmacist and another tech are just in the back working not helping the customers what’s so ever. When I asked the pharmacist about a prescription she gave me attitude the second I talked to her like I was such a bother. I will be changing my pharmacy definitely not coming back here.

This is the worst walgreens pharmacy. They have really crappy customer service. They take absolutely forever. They will tell you that your meds will be ready one day. 4 days after that day they will say it will be ready at a certain time, but when you get there at the said time, they will say they just started it and will take an hour. 2 hours later they will tell you that they messed it up and it will take until the next day for when it is done. And of course I wait and the next day they still can’t fill it. There is a particular lazy employee who needs to get fired but it also seems the whole pharmacy is inadequate. If they have your meds ready expect to wait at least 30 minutes for the lazy employees to bag your meds and give them to you. Incompetence at its highest here. Even my doctor
