Walgreens Pharmacy

Trying to get prescriptions here has been awful. I’ve given this locations more times than I can count because it is so convenient location wise. You’ll send in a prescription and unless your constantly call to check on it, it’s never filled or always out. My final straw was needing antibiotics for my son and it took multiple calls, to finally get it filled.

Staff works incredibly slow, whether it's drive through or walk in. Sometimes you'll get a text saying you got a script, sometimes you won't. And you'll NEVER be notified that it's actually ready for pick up! No clue if they're short staffed, but it's clear they are paid by the hour vs how many scripts they can get filled in a timely manner. Do better Walgreens!

I've tried 3 different time to have scripts filled here and have had nothing but problems. And the staff there is so unfriendly and unhelpful. It's like they truly don't care if you get to have your medication or not. I threw up in my mouth a little bit when I found out Fate Pharmacy was closing and they were transferring to them. I'll never do business with them ever again. Then End!

I’ve never had luck getting scripts filled. Received a text that medicine was ready. Went to pick it up two days later and was told that it was put back as per their policy (10 day hold) and when we explained we barely received the text 2 days ago, she had no solution for us and said they were all out of that medicine. With Fate Pharmacy closing, our scripts transferred here. Horrible.

Awful!! It use to be amazing when it was brookshire. Now, Good luck if you need to pick up a medicine! . You will need at least 40 minutes or more if you try with the drive through, if you go inside who knows
