Kind, courteous & professional. Went for Covid vaccine and was a great experience.

All but one pharmacist (that I have seen) here likes to play games with my medications. I don’t know if it’s a power trip for them or what but they really seem to love to tell me they can’t fill my prescription. This last time really pushed me over the edge. They informed me at 11:30am my prescription would be filled after I called. I went there at 6:00pm to pick it up to find out it was put on hold. The Pharmacist says she needs an authorization from the doctor. I asked to pay cash to bypass the insurance issue but there was no insurance issue, my insurance went through just fine. Apparently she just personally felt the need to withhold my prescription after it sat there all day while my doctors office was open and no one reached out to them till after it was closed. If I could give the pharmacy no stars I would. Had prescription sent to them the end of May. Have stopped into pharmacy at least 4 times checking on status, to be told the prescription was there but on hold due to insurance prior authorization. After each time, I contacted my doctors office to make sure they were doing their part. I have even contacted my insurance company to make sure they were taking care of the prior authorization. Today, I called to check the status and was told there was no record of any prescription in my file by two separate employees. Now the second employee I spoke with said "give me 10 minutes and I'll take care of it." Really!!! This is why I switched away from the Rite Aid years ago... new name, same issues!

The service here is horrible, I get that they are busy but I've never gone in and had my prescription ready when I'm told it would be. There is always an issue with everyone in line and everyone is made to wait (well past the time they give you when you call it in/drop it off). I'm always told they are behind and only have x amount of people working, this has been an issue for months so maybe its time they get more help if they can't keep up with their work. I call as soon as they open to fill my prescription but yet I am late to work EVERY time I have to fill it because its not ready for 2-3hours later than what they say it will be.

When you call the pharmacy they hang up on you, called back they hang up on you again, this will keep happening until your frustrated enough to try a different method. To pick up your prescription and need to use the drive-through they do not watch their window at all! I have a young child and getting the child out of the car without a meltdown doesn’t always happen so having a drive-through is really helpful but on several occasions they have a line of cars waiting and no one answering the window. My husband also uses this pharmacy and has complained about the exact same experiences. God forbid you need to talk to a pharmacist or use the drive thru, you’re out of luck. They don’t care to help you at all!
