Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been going to Walgreens pharmacy for over 20 years. I just recently moved to Ewing and needed a new pharmacy. I went to the doctor got a prescription went to the pharmacy and The pharmacist told me that he had a right to verify my prescription before he filled it and would not fill it unless he spoke to the doctor. I was just at the doctor an hour before and the prescription was dated today. I cannot understand what the issue was and he did not give me a valid reason other than it was his right he said it was a Walgreens policy but that it’s not an obligation just his right. I didn’t understand why he decided to assert his right on me at this time, but he made my day very difficult. I would not go to this Walgreens ever again ir any Walgreens. Alright, convince is there for us since we live locally. I have had some issues with the one lady in the pharmacy however everyone else in the pharmacy is always very helpful and pleasant. Overall it’s a normal Walgreens so not much to say about or complain about.

This is my primary pharmacy. I usually get a call a couple of hours after my doctor sends the script that its ready for pick up. It’s always clean in there and they aren’t locking up products which is great. One time the manager even printed an old receipt for me so I could submit to my auto insurance for reimbursement. I just needed to tell him the amount and the date I purchased. He was really helpful.

Looking for a quick shopping trip, then boy have you found the wrong place! Couldn't be slower or more miserable if they tried. Customer service is not the priority, but checking their phones definitely is.

By far the worst Walgreens Pharmacy ! Poor Customer Service, workers are beyond rude and negligent, and I would feel safer having my prescription filled in a whole in a wall rather than at this location !
