My prescriptions are pretty much on time but I've noticed that with a lack of staff it can take an extra day or two to get my prescriptions which is not always convenient. They always have things that I can pick up if I can't make it to Walmart but I swear I paid $6 for a gallon of milk... Unheard of I mean I could drive to a local farm that's 10 minutes away and get 2 gallons of milk and I can even make butter out of it and it would still only be $3 a gallon. They often try to make it look like there's a discount on items especially buy one get one free but don't fall for that I always check the original price underneath and quite often the price is exactly the same.. They might have a 25% off and sometimes they'll have a buy one get one for half off but you still have to check the prices
For some reason, Walgreens stopped giving me texts / calls with updates to my prescriptions; when asked why they claimed that I must have opted out of communication at one point, which I don't remember doing (why would I?) but shrugged and requested to be opted back in. Now our daughter is very ill and needed some meds. We've been waiting all day with no texts or calls and when we've called the automated line to check on her Rx status multiple times throughout the day it would say that only 1 was ready for pick up but wouldn't tell us which one. Now towards the end of the day getting closer to the pharmacy closing we actually call to talk with an actual pharmacy tech who informed us that both Rx actually were ready to be picked up. The tech already sounded annoyed but sounded even more an
DO NOT come here. For one, I am a dog mom and unfortunately my dog has seizures. She has a certain dosage of seizure medicine she needs to take, and when she gets low I usually call in a couple days ahead. Well I did, they said her medicine was ready so that’s great! I drive in the next day because I wasn’t able to pick it up the same day, and they told me that they were out of stock? If you already told me and put medicine aside how is it out of stock? Maybe I don’t understand everything in pharmacy world, but it didn’t make sense. Well I went on splitting the dosages I had left, which was NOT ENOUGH mg I was giving her and what do you think happened THIS morning at 4:35 am? A seizure. She has been off of her dosage for 4 DAYS.
