Walgreens Pharmacy

Incompetent & unprofessional: App had 5 Rx's I picked up marked "ready for pick-up" . I called. Pharmacy tech nonchalantly told me he cancelled my order after I picked up my meds. My pick-up date in the system is inaccurate/late b/c the order wasn't put through correctly until I called about the error. My concerns about the error were dismissed b/c the mistake didn't involve controlled substances. Spoke to a pharmacist, Victoria,whose only response was the tech told her about his mistake. No one acknowledged the errorr or the potential inconvenience of the inaccurate pick-up date. (I'd have needed five early refills if I didn't catch the mistake.) Also: Ridiculously long wait time in the pharmacy line b/c the employees work in the back/take phone calls while customers are at the counter.

I don't know why there are so many poor reviews, the staff here has always been welcoming and know us my name. Never had a bad experience. This is my go to Walgreens compared to others in the area.

Went to drop off package. Box was not sealed. Not a single client in line. You’d think customer service would offer a piece of scotch to seal it. But no. I was sent away.

I went to have a script filled. I needed my meds. They told me I had to wait at least an hour. I asked if I could just get 1 pill and I’d come back. The pharmacist refused. I have never been treated so rudely. Extremely nasty. She did not care that I was physically suffering. If I coukdnt give 0 stars I would. I have her name. Avoid this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy staff, no courtesy nor response. Keeps putting on hold for hours.
