Walgreens Pharmacy

On hold for over 45 mins to try to speak to someone about prescription medications only to have the pharmacist/tech pick up and hang up on me. I challenge any Walgreens management to call this location at 8 pm on any weekday from a phone # the staff doesn't recognize and see if the wait time is acceptable. Worst service I have ever seen!!!

I am sure not all pharmacy staff are horrible at this lication, but Alison is the worst. Not only was she very condescending, rolling her eyes and telling me that I should have told her that I was not using my insurance to refill my Rx even though this has been the way I have been doing it at least the last two times I refilled my Rx. She then said it's a communication issue, and I should have told her before she filled it for 30 days even though the Rx is for 90 days supply. I told her I agreed, that she should not put everything on me. She's the one who works there, and she would know better what to ask the customer. She never asked me one question on my Rx. When I asked for a manager, she rolled her eyes again. Another customer online waiting said to me that she's sorry that I was bein

The staff at this pharmacy are amazing and very helpful. Once you get to them they often can help very quickly. Unfortunately they are understaffed and have been for a long time so the car pick up like can move very slow and often you call the local phone number and get connected to a call center that promises to help and get things done, but they seem to always mess things up. Then you have to battle with them to connect you to the local store, so the local techs can help. It's a horrible process I've been caught in many times.

They never have my medicine in stock. Sometimes it takes a week. I'm just glad I don't die waiting.
