Walgreens Pharmacy

Macy, a pharmacy tech, was considerably rude. I was just trying to get some questions answered about vaccines and I was repeatedly interrupted, had to ask the same basic question multiple times, and had to call back because she hung up on me mid sentence. When I politely let her know she needs to be more professional she grunted at me without apology and put me to her pharmacists. Doubt corporate would appreciate this, even if the pharmacist didn't care. A polite reminder that she needed to be professional is generous considering how many people mistreat others. I did not get an apology. "Okay" was the most polite response I got.

The pharmacy techs are rude and judgmental you can just tell they don’t want to be there I always go through the drive thru because when at the counter I feel like they get mad cause I got meds sent there

Terrible pharmacy never have prescriptions ready on time. Rude and hateful and slow. Never going here again

Terrible customer service you wait at the counter forever and no one can even say be right with you. Glad there are other options.
