Pharmacy techs are clueless and have zero desire to do the job they are paid to do.

I've been coming here to get my medicine for over ten years, but in the past year or so the service has gone dramatically downhill, especially if you're going through the drive-thru. The techs will just straight up ignore you and make you sit there and wait for 10+ minutes at a time. They're vague and unhelpful when medications are out of stock and refuse to tell you when they'll have it available next, and refuse to substitute with lower doses even if it's a medication that is unsafe for you to go without.

Thank you guys for all the hard work and go above and beyond for my son who has autism and needed his medication he was with out due to other pharmacy not doing it's job and Elburn Walgreen was there and made sure his meds were refilled in a timely manner...

Clean store and washroom. Staff very professional and friendly.
