Walgreens Pharmacy

Went in 36 weeks pregnant for vaccines. They were not prepared for my appointment and had me wait 45 min continuing to take other customers. They never apologized or communicated they were having any issues which I could have understood. People have appointment times for a reason and it’s unacceptable to leave anyone let a pregnant person sitting in a pharmacy subjected to sick people nonetheless for that long and not have any proper communication. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else pregnant or elderly.

Amber is a true asset. She may be a technician and she really knows her field. Whenever I even have any kind of issue, I ask for her. When I was without insurance she even found me my prescriptions as to something I could afford. Nothing is ever a bother and she has the voice and demeanor that one has confidence in.

If possible I would give this pharmacy less than 1 star. I have a family of 4 consisting of myself, my mother (65+), and my 2 children. The store part is nice and accommodating, but the pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE! I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and I always have a problem. 1.) if medications are out of stock, they will not call you because as per the pharmacy tech, you need to call and verify with them if they will be receiving the medication or if their wholesaler is no longer in stock. Long story short, my son has very bad allergies and very bad asthma. He needed a medication for this and the pharmacy never told me that they no longer carry the medication. So I asked when was I going to be informed and they had said that I needed to either call them or go inside the
