Walgreens Pharmacy

Ridiculous wait time and horrible service...the people at the counter are rude and slow. With riteaid out of business, this store can't handle the added load.

Somehow this pharmacy messes something up with my familie's prescription order every time. I also found out they have charged three years in a row for a savings plan I never even knew I signed up for. I now go to Costco pharmacy and they are professional and efficient, never a wait.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been in. To get a prescription takes forever. They can never find your prescription and always mess up on your insurance. They are not friendly or polite. Half the time they never had my prescriptions in stock. I finally had enough with Walgreens the manager was useless. Also when you get your medication. I would count it to make sure it's the right quantity.I've had one or two pills occasionally missing especially on opiates and on muscle relaxers controlled substance pills. If you want a pharmacy that you can trust I would recommend BOYT drugs on Main Street in Metuchen. They can do everything Walgreens can do with shots and vaccinations. I’m writing this ONE star review because of the absolutely atrocious service I had at this location. I came in, dropped off my prescription and was told it would be 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 30+ minutes and three people who got there after me had already left with their prescriptions. I received no acknowledgment of my presence there what so ever. I had to go up to the counter and ask about my prescription and was talk to wait some more. Walgreens you need to teach your pharmacists some costumer service skills because they have none.

After DECADES of using this as my only pharmacy, I am FINALLY fed up with their constant errors, mess ups and fumbles. This has been an issue that I have tolerated for way too long because I did not want to go through the hassle of changing pharmacies. They have consistently messed up orders. They have told me scripts were filled when they weren’t. They have filled scripts that shouldn’t have been filled. There have been a small amount of times over the years that sensitive controlled medications were missing one or two pills. They have messed up communications with doctors and insurance. They have CONSISTENTLY been understaffed. Most of their pharmacy staff is absolutely pleasant and friendly.
