Walgreens Pharmacy

I've been on the phone on hold for 2 hours and 46 minutes. It said I had 2 people ahead of me. It shouldn't take 3 hours to answer the phone. I'm still on hold right now. It even told me she was going to lunch for 30 minutes. Last month the lady was so rude. She asked 10 extra questions about where I live, date of birth what prescriptions i get. The milligrams of each one. how often i take them. Plus what's my county, zipcode, and street i live on. I forgot to say court. And she's said that's not the address on file. So I tell her the address again. And then she said yeah you have to give the whole address or it's wrong. I felt like she thought I was lying.

My name is Robert Sheesley. I have been getting my prescriptions at the Edgewood location for years because they are conveniently close. Here recently they have a new girl in there that has a terrible customer service attitude. She does not want to do her job and is ignorant with customers. I seen other assiants help locate prescriptions if that location is out of stock. Just recently they were out of my prescription I asked if there was any close by locations that had it. She told me "She doesn't know I could call other stores and ask. I said how does that work since my prescription is at your location? She ignorantly told me " if you find it somewhere else they can call and have it transferred, they have access. Very poor customer service on her part. I have one refill left to get fille

I'm not sure who just spoke to me on-the phone but if your going to work in customer service you don't have to be really nasty and rude I wasnt rude or nasty to you I'm so glad im transferring you dont talk to people like that I'm not your child

Went in with my underaged daughter for a COVID vaccine. I simply asked the girl administering the shot if she would aspirate the needle before injecting. She said, "ok". Then proceeded to inject my daughter with the vaccine WITHOUT aspirating! Why would she do that when she could have simply stopped and explained that is not what they do there and give me the option to proceed or not? Shame on YOU Jessa. I will be contacting corporate. Very disappointing.

Switched to pharmacy that delivers to house due to general poor service at this pharmacy. Almost always understaffed, pretty scary when they don't know what dose of medication they should be filling. Glad I am not elderly or confused about my medications.
