Walgreens Pharmacy

Ordered a refill of a cardiac medication. When ready the Easton Walgreens pharmacy was closed for over a week. Tries to transfer my medication to another pharmacy, but couldn’t. Since I needed the medication I signed up for delivery of the prescription. The date of delivery came and went. I stopped into the pharmacy to see if still there and they said it was out for delivery. So, we waited a few more days. Then we called Walgreens pharmacy only to be told an Uber driver picked it up. We were never told Uber would deliver it. So, we asked for a name, delivery number, or anything so we can identify who picked it up. Walgreens had no clue who has my medication. Now battling Uber to find my medication. This is beyond ridiculous and dangerous.

They are consistently out of most medications. Even if you have been a customer taking the same medications at the same dosages for years. They still do not ever have your meds in stock. And unfortunately they do not tell you this. You think they are working on filling your script but they are not. They do not even have it there

Walgreens in Easton, md have great customer service. I was looking for a certain product, when I asked for assistance, the manager in site: Keith gave me great directions of what I was looking for and led me right to the aisle. Keith was so friendly and knew exactly where to point me in right direction without hesitation. Keith closed the night before and opened store early that morning. He was so pleasant and kind. He needs a raise.

Walgreens has the cheap generics that doesn't work as well they should have kept the other ones they give cheapest option blame It on the places that send it to them they say it is what they get It doesn't work as well as the other companys with Walgreens is no name brand I keep asking for a brand name that works for me that they are not able to provide as well they are getting over I have to find a different place to go Walgreens is not for me no longer as there medications are not worth the money for the cheapest kind of medicines u can find it's find a place Carry's brand name for you they don't care at Walgreens as they no who I am for sure an they have went down hill try to give the money to the pharmacies that do care what kind of medications you get that they do give you name bra

Tired of medicine not being found, having to wait for the prescription to be refilled, and long lines inside/outside
