OLA AND GUTTADA HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OUR FAMILY, AND WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WOULD DO WITHOUT THEM, WE WANT TO THANK THE ENTIRE PHARMACY STAFF FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE, YOU ALL HAVE BECOME FAMILY TO US. WE APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU, YOU ALL WORK SO HARD AND WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THE HARD WORK AND DEDICATION TO MAKING SURE EVERYONE IS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Very friendly staff that pays attention to details, always knows regulars and refers to them by name and are very punctual when it comes to helping customers, I highly recommend using their pharmacy and shopping while you wait for prescriptions to be ready for pickup.

“Ola” or however you spell it is the worst pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, terrible at time management, leaves people waiting for hours just to be snappy when you request an update. Actually just changed to Hyvee moving forward because of her attitude. Do not recommend coming here for any reason at all. Chose to give a vaccine to someone who had been waiting for 20 minutes over filling a serious prescription for someone who had been waiting for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Walgreens should fire this woman.

Many many issues while we waited for prescriptions to fill. People were waiting a long time and prescriptions weren't filled accurately or timely. This is not a pharmacy I recommend. Go anywhere else. I've experienced this a couple times when I've come here, always thinking it was just a busy time. But it is consistently poor quality work.

A nightmare to deal with when there is a coverage gap between a brand name and a generic medication - I have had basic $25 medications rung up for $400 in the past, and had to play phone tag for hours with doctor, insurance, and walgreens, getting the billing code from the insurance company myself, and relaying the instructions to the pharmacist about which fields in the computer forms need to be filled out with these exact values, and how, in order to receive the correct pricing and approval. As a patient, those codes and administrative systems are a black box, and I have no way to know how they work or if they are being handled properly - all I can do is repeat what I'm told. Way too stressful, and absolutely not my responsibility. Very slow service in store. They will go through 4
