Walgreens Pharmacy

Walgreens Pharmacy in Downey is by far the worst pharmacy my family & I have had to deal with. We're actively looking for a different pharmacy to go to because it's enfuriating to deal with them. Poor customer service; they're not paying attention to what they're doing. Today they almost gave me someone else's meds. Also they often get prescriptions incorrectly. Today I had 5 confirmed sent by the Dr but only supposedly received 3 only to find they did receive all 5. I had to wait almost an hour for prescriptions. This is not the 1st time something like this happens. The whole personnel needs to change at that pharmacy. It's a constant aggravation with these people.

They did not want to give me my prescription and lied to me saying they didn't see it because they were about to close in a few minutes. Very unhelpful.

takes forever for Rx to come in. pharmacist won’t allow telehealth after previously allowing it could not give an exact amount of radius as to a provider that’s authorized within the state to be able to prescribe my medication. always an extremely long line in the drive thru.

I am here at least twice a week for all my pharmaceutical needs. The managerial down to the clerks have been very helpful.
