Walgreens Pharmacy

Fast and efficient most times. One issue I had was told that my prescription was available and later phoned to say it wasn't available for me days. Although that confusion cleared up, there's been no issue getting what I need when I visit.

This one is great I do feel bad for the people working in pharmacy cause when you go this go in through Redners by the gas station cause the people waiting in lane through the drive through block the whole one side of the parking lot cause there too lazy to get out of there car. The staff is awesome. Some of the people shopping there are crazy.

I am not a complainer, and I rarely get so angry that I would write a review...this Walgreens encounter is bothering me two days after the fact, so I know it needs to be shared. My sister had a prescription that was to be called in, while she was in the hospital. As we had to pick it up for her, before heading up to see her, we wanted to make sure it was called in and ready. In the middle of a family emergency, hospital admittance, etc...the last thing someone wants or needs to be doing is sitting and waiting and not able to do anything else. I called the Walgreens and waited on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and gave them more time. Twenty minutes more, and I find myself back on hold for nearly 40 minutes. I called 2 weeks ago to have my prescriptions stop being auto refilled. Friday evening, I got a text saying 4 were refilled. They were closed over the weekend so I called Monday, well after they were open only to be put on hold 3 times and then hung up on after 9 minutes of hold time. Rediculous!

Been a while since I used them from being uot of town but they remembered me and everything I need great service
