Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy gets one star, for the lack of care they give to answer the phone. I get it everyone is busy and doing their job, but to have to wait 30+ minutes just to ask one or two questions is ridiculous! Staff definitely needs to do better about answering PHONES! It’s part of your job! And now I’m really mad, I stood on the phone for 36 minutes just for someone not to answer and get the automated voice message of “ we’re experiencing difficulties, please call back later.”

I just transferred to this pharmacy because my old pharmacy closed down and I had no choice. I really wish I didn't have to, because I have had nothing but trouble. I have been waiting for 4 days to get my prescription filled despite being told it will be ready the first day. You have to sit on the phone for 15 minutes before you even get anyone and when you do, there's no help at all. The same thing in person. I'm gonna be looking elsewhere for my prescriptions.

I made the shingles vaccine in there and the staff was very professional and helpfull!
