Walgreens Pharmacy

I wish there was a lower score. I have lived in a dozen of different places, traveled to 48 states and many different countries and this is BY FAR the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The employees are rude, upset about getting asked questions, make snarky comments, belittle the costumers, disrespect, zero empathy, they have zero idea of what they are doing or what goes on because they don't communicate. They literally canceled my prescription that was ready while I was waiting in line and then said they were out of stock and had to re order. I had 12 days to pick it up and it has been 4 days, maybe 5. I must mention, this is NOT the first time. 6 times, at least, they have messed up my prescription, canceled, lost, couldn't find... you name it! I wish there were more options, other

Refilling my wife's prescription has become a nightmare. Her potassium pill was only 6 pills instead of 90 for a 90 day supply. This keeps happening no matter who we talk to. It has become a finger pointing event with no one taking responsibility! This is atrocious.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Wait times could use a little improvement, but it could be worse. They do a good, thorough job. I've always used Walgreens as my pharmacy, with little to no problems ever.

Closing in the middle of the day for lunch is absolute lunacy. It creates long lines and is especially stressful for old people who need their medicines. It is a terrible way to treat customers. Don’t you have the intelligence to rotate your employees so that they all get their lunch break without closing your doors? SHAME ON YOU!
