It’s hard to describe the incompetence and lack of accountability from clearly unqualified pharmacy assistants at this location. Apparently, it’s the “call center’s fault” when they still do not have your script after 1 automated refill attempt, 3 follow up calls, and 2 personal visits. And wow do they ever enjoying shouting your name and prescription! And one assistant on my final attempt today, quite a distance from me, demanded I answer the question from another assistant at a distance for the name of my prescription. HIPAA SCHMIPAA! Of course, it was filled within 10 minutes once you start demanding such things like, oh I don’t know, compliance with HIPAA or either the refill or definitive refusal.

Great pharmacy especially for skin products..

No one ever at the Photo Counter. There is no way to get in touch with people, so the only way you can get someone is to complain at the front and they don't appreciate helping you. I would stay away from here.

Great place but I feel so bad for the people at the pharmacy it’s always so busy and they seem like they’re always doing ten things at once putting out fires get these poor people some help
